Default Boost pressure?

I planing a T3 setup for my B18b hatch and was wondering how much boost I can run safely (as in reliable) with a FMU only. Any reasonable opinion is much appreciated. Also APROXIMATELY how much power increase should i expect from it. thanks again.

You might want to do a search on this to see what kind of numbers poeple are putting down with that setup. I wouldn't run more then 5-6psi on stock injectors. I ran 10psi for a couple of months and my injectors are screwed. Waayyyy too much fuel pressure for stock injectors. Guess I'm gonna have to fork over the cash for hondata and some 440's. Good luck!
