Boost leak or creeping backwards?????

Default Boost leak or creeping backwards?????

ive got the eg greddy kit on my ex motor....i turned in the wastegate actuator screw to up the boost . its just a hair under 8 lbs , but when im under boost at WOT it will go to 8 , then creep down to 5 sometimes , its not all the time , is this normal when you use the actuator trick???

u must have boost leak then.

Im running a 8lbs spring in my tial . I think something maybe wrong at 3600rpm it will go to a full 5-6 lbs but will not reach a full 8psi untill above 7000rpm any thoughts?????

boost leak, check all conections, allso I have heard of the wastegate flapper issues, But I would start small with charge pipes and the like. You just got some new ones so you may want to give them a look

ya i just got the intercooler on and stuff so theres all new piping.....i just thought it was wierd that it would go full boost then back off....wierd
