Default Boost Gauge Reading

I had a question about the boost gauge I know it will read about -20 or -30 without the turbo installed on the car yet but when the turbo is put on will the readings be the same or will the gauge read 0 while its idoling?

You run a vacuum source to it.

Get rid of the missing link ****, and run crome or uber.

The missing link should come with these little filters that look like a cigarette filter and one of those goes in the hole.My car did the same when i didnt put it in so i just taped the hole closed until they sent me a new one.Just tape the hole closed and see if that fixes the idling issue?

ROFL, that hole should be open. the filter sits in there. All a missing link does is hide boost from the ECU(by hiding it from the map sensor). A missing link is not going to fix an idling issue. If you are running more than 10psi get a 2.5/3bar map sensor and get your car tuned. dont mess around with Missing links and FMU's. Get a basemap get to a tuner and get your car done right. Trust me im rebuilding because of that crap.
