Fluctuation in boost gauge....?

When i spool up to boost and accelerate further my boost gauge goes to how many pounds im running but then moves around...wont stay still ...whats the prob?
Is it even a prob?

Is it moving back and forth or just spiking to your pre set boost level and then just falling down?

its moving back and forth im pretty sure....i am only tryin to run 7 lbs and it gets there then moves
