you're running 3 headgaskets?

take off 2 of them. the d15b isn't stupid high compression. just put the stock one back in.

how much boost = how much fuel. you never mention anything on injectors.

I ran 7 psi on my bone stock d15b7 without any problems. With all those headgaskets your low end would be weak and it would take longer to spool the turbo. You would need a lot more than 7psi to make any power at that low compression too. I would worry about all those gaskets being a weak spot and not sealing. Id run one stock gasker personally.

I own a d15b, will be boosting @ 7 psi minimum soon, max is at 10 psi on stock internal. Now, just get those 2 head gasket away, they are totaly useless, get one stock head gasket, or keep your 2mm and boost @ 9 psi, it should make descent numbers.
No probs about boosting a sohc plenty of people do it here, no probs soon, those little thing became monster under boost, a blast to drive.
good luck, keep us posted, btw, you'll need some fuel management or you'll destroy your engine really reallyreally soon, at least a Vortec FMU with 12:1 disc and like 450 injectors. other than that happy boosting !
