I'm going to check for leaks but I'm quite sure there are not.

I have another 44mm Tial, I'm going to try it.

Can you post a better pic of the manifold to include the exhaust entry to wastegate? I agree with what others have stated concerning the gate's priority judging by the pic you posted. One way to diagnose your creep would be to remove the wastegate completely. Then go make a pull and report back with how much boost you see even while having a gaping hole in your manifold. I did this on my car and still saw 7 lbs. of boost, which means the wastegate does not have priority in the system. Basically, the air blows right by it instead of being directed into it.

Did you test the wastegate yet?

Looks like that vac\boost line is garbage..

Not tested yet.

The vaccum line go directly to the turbo.
What you see, is the heat cover.

Tried another Tial 44mm from another car that had 15 Psi from 5000 to 8000 and I hit 22 PSI from 5500 to 8000 and still goes up.

Before blow up my engine, I'm going to add another W/G with 12 PSI

Before you install the other gate, just make a pull with no wastegate installed and see how much boost you make. Your wastegate priority is not ideal.

I'm very disappointed because first AFI manifold touch my OEM half radiator and second one has lot of boost creep.
This Week-end I weld another Tial 44mm

Most front mount manifolds were designed for dedicated track cars where radiators are moved and nothing is stock nor in its stock location. You're experiencing the cost of being different.

If you run your boost control solenoid with both ports hooked up you should see better boost control

Just added another 44mm
It seems that the position of the first W/G (top left of the pict below) was primarily discharging the gas from the only one cylinder

I welded another flange in the center of the T4 flange and at 90°

This "should" solve all of your issues... if it doesn't you might want to look at the turbo itself... turbine wheel size as well as housing size can affect creep

Winner! Everybody that has "creeping" issues isn't looking at things like the tune, back pressure, turbo wheel etc. plays a big part in how everything responds.

Haha I win!
A lot of people don't look at the system as a whole... they think they can just slap something together and make it work.... and every single person that has boost control issues always immediately points the finger at the manifold.... I dont get it

The PTE 66mm wheels have been known to creep a little bit because of how efficient they are.

In for the update stevecivic. I hope you did a boost leak test before you added the second gate, sometimes boost leaks in the manifold area causes creep. Specifically like how you're describing your creep problem, I have dealt with a car before where the screws that go through the top of the diaphram (that hold the valve in place) came out and that car would creep like a ****. Sometimes before you do the extreme, just test for boost leaks. A lot of stuff shows up when you do.

They can easily be designed for street use. My forward facing manifold kept stock radiator with oem fan and shroud. Easily fit a filter. If it isnt street friendly then the fabricator failed.

They can but the majority aren't, especially "stock" or what I call off the shelf manifolds...

You could custom build a manifold to put the turbo in your passenger seat if you felt like it lol

Before ordered the front Facing I told AFI that I will keep Oem radiator location. He told me that There Will be some modifications to adapt the manifold I had to cut some piece of metal to fit the turbo but not to buy a customised radiator
He know that point because he sent me another to me but with only 1 WG but this orne creep
So I have the first manifold in my garage!

I tested another Tial 44mm with same problem.
How do you test it?
