which boost controller for my setup??
a friend of myn is unclear on which boost controller to get for his setup that hes currently working on....the car is a street/track car w/very little street usage...a basic rundown of the motor is a sleeved gsr block ls crank b16 head his turbo setup is a fr kit basically...fr top mount, 4"dp...and hes running a ptrim T4pt6776 BB...so hes shooting for mid to high 600hp at 25psi +...now so far hes thinking of either the turboxs quad stage boost controller or the innovative multi stage boost controller...hes also unclear as to run his aem ems or to use neptune...(has both) im adding that because maybe it can factor in with his final decison...any help is greatly appreciaited!!!!

no controller on the market can touch the NLR controller.
go with AEM for managment, and get a T1 trigger kit.
i have everything mentioned above on my car. runs great

yea its expensive but its worth every penny. everybody spends the money to make the power, but then nobody wants to spend the money to actually get the power to hook up!!
i just made a few changes to my peice of crap to make a little less power in first gear to take full advantage of the nlr

i could go on and on why the NLR will blow any other controller out of the water.....just read what it can do and you will understand.
simply boost by gear isnt really enough in our fwd applications. being able to raise and lower the boost several times per gear is where its at
i HATE manual boost controllers. i have seen those quad stage controllers do more harm than good at the track. def. not reliable.
if you get a NLR you will NEVER want another controller. and yes, i paid FULL retail for mine LOL
we are now a NLR dealer and i would love to help you out with a controller if your interested.

Re: which boost controller for my setup?? (Turbo-charged)
i seen ur previous posts on it and am really looking into it...so the difference between this one and the innovative for example would be that the nlr can be changed several times in the same gear?

well not only can you change the boost level multiple times per gear....but you can increase and DECREASE boost...and also controll the ramp rate in which the boost comes in. and if you really want to get fancy you can also hook up a boost increase and decrease buttons (in case say you break a tranny half way down the track) the thing just has a million and one different badass features.
