Default Boost controller and BTM inst. questions

We just installed a Rev-Hard stage 2 kit on my sis's LS, and everything went fine, the only problems I have are w/ the AVCR and the BTM. As far as the BTM, it works, it's just that I no longer have tach. I know that I have to jump the tach signal, but where and what wires? As far as the AVCR goes, I need to know vacuum routing for the solenoid. I've heard several different ways, and want to know what's correct. Her kit came with a deltagate wastegate. Thanks in advance for any insight.

I hate to sound like a complete idiot, but hey, I've never done this before. Where do the lines go from the side of the wastegate and off of the turbo? I know everything seems to be workin' right, but I just want a bit of reassurance. Thanks for any input.
