Is anyone having trouble with bolts on the turbo flange and downpipe rattling loose? Mine rattles loose everytime after some hard driving. To my horror my downpipe nearly fell out with just 2 hanging bolts out of four holding it (2 had fllen off) on when I heard a gas leak and checked it. The bolts on the turbo flange also work themselves loose even after tightening them. I get so paranoid now that after everytime I drive it, I gotta pop the hood to check every bolt to make sure !

What can I use to make sure these ***** stay in place and never ever come loose?!?!

 

replace the bolts with studs/nuts

 

studs work but they will work loose over time they did for me then i put a bit of high temp silicon on the treads and duble nutted them and never had a problem

 

I have the same exact problems. MY WG bolts, and WG dumptube bolts like to come loose as well.

i never really has a problem with the WG i always use alen bolds with lock walshers

 

I put red loctite (high temp) on my bolts...they stay!

 

i had this problem also, i fixed it by tighting the bolts really tight! seriously... it works...
