you wont get any creep or spike with this manifold. you see where the wastegate placement is ?
we made 354 WHP at 15 psi on jonnybravo's car with the blox.

the reason i ask is because a friend has it and his car is creeping like crazy (8psi spring and it creeps to 11psi). hes using a blox manifold, 3"dp and 3" exhaust, tial 38mm wg, 60-1 hifi..........

no creep in mine at all. Supposedly its hard as hell to get that manifold to work with AC. At least thats what my tuner said, but Im not really sure if he tried. He never was one for wanting AC on my car. Project DC2 did you have any issues at all mounting a bigger turbo for AC use?

you can SEE the wastegate placement. i find it hard to believe its the manifolds fault for creeping. might wanan take apart that wastegate to see if the diaphram's are ripped at all. youll need to do a lot of grinding to get any sort of T04S to fit. a lot of grinding is needed to fit regular t3t4's but its a compact design.
i have no problem fitting a 3" AC downpipe also.

the drag has the WG is a spot close to the one blox is using and it causes creep....

Re: blox manifold..... (civicflnum1)
drag has it set up on the 3rd to 4th cylinder and doesnt really account for 1st and 2nd. That would be one reason why the drag manifold COULD creep. The blox is dead center, so it accounts for all cylinder exhaust, which eliminates most possibilities of creep.

Re: blox manifold..... (project dc2)
HOw has everyone found this has fitted.
How much block shaving is needed for a t3/t4e and how far does turbo sit from rad on a dc2...
Pics would be great, i have a blox in my garage with a spoolin Perf' downpipe for AC, just need a turbo for test fit....

yeah so if i use a tial wastegate on the blox manifold, do you guys think i need the wg elbow bend or should the tial fit in that location.

why the hell would they make it where you have to use an elbow. i think the 388mm is the one that has a hard time fitting...i have a 35mm....hopefully it will be fine. the spring housing is smaller.

i was always under the impression the spring housing is the same its just the opening is alittle bigger....

Re: blox manifold..... (hiimdaviddd)
it can fit if you wanan do a lil grinding and wha tnot but a elbow obviously is recommended.
the 35MM and 38MM has no difference in EXTERNAL physical size. its inernally where its different. it has a bigger valve. outside its all the same.
