Default Blown headgasket? leaky seals??

Okay so the car is a 1990 integra b18a1 boosted, and the car runs fine other than a lumpy idle every now and then, but i noticed in high boost ill puff a white smoke from the exhaust, ONLY above 6k rpms though.

My first though was head gasket but I've been told it may be leaky turbo seals? But wouldn't leaky seals smoke constantly while spooling??

Anyway, if anybody could shed some light on this situation it would be much appreciated!

Running 0BD0 TurboEdit chipped ECU with 4KRPM launch control
 tuned for 7 psi, RB20 T3 ball-bearing turbocharger water-plumbed.
ATP -4AN oil restrictor,
450cc DSM injectors Custom Full-Race style manifold,
Moroso breather/catch can (PCV valve to pre-turbo inlet)
 ,Custom aluminum breather/catch can plenum
.

Anything else you need to know just let me know!

Symptoms are this.

- When car is warm sometimes has a fluctuating idle (200-600)
- When car is in high rpms puffs white smoke ( doesn't smoke any other time )
- Also noticed my boost gauge reads -15 vaq when it usually reads -19 vaq which also leads to me think a vacuum leak yet i have not been able to find one.

I wold lean towards a failing headgasket, probably not that bad yet. Are you keeping an eye on your coolant level?

If you have a way to loop the coolant lines to the turbo bypassing the turbo do that, and see if it still puff smoke. Which would tell you if its turbo related or engine related.
