blow off valve install

Default blow off valve install

i just rigged a turbo on my d16y5 an now i having problems getting the vacum lines right so it will boost. i think thats the problem because before i put on the bov it was boosting fine nopw its not boosting at all. so what could be some of the other problems. where do the vacuum lines get T'd off at?

Currently where do you have the bov vaccum line installed? Most T off the fuel pressure regulator.

to the vacuum on the fuel rail an the vacuum on the manifold. is it done correctly? what else could be the problem

I had the same problem as you. But I got it fixed. Hope this helps you.

1st: Make sure you got this line below:

2nd: Make sure you connected the line to the correct nipple on the bov. For example heres my type-s:

3rd: If that dont work. Go get a bigger T from lowes for example:

The BOV will leak unless it has a signal from the manifold. It needs boost to keep it shut and vacuum to open it.
