uhhhh pffiiiiizzzzzzztttttt is a pretty specific sound here, the loudest is turbo xs RFL BOV, but its like a big gush of air

 

the greddy is a medium - high pitched whistle

 

Greddy type S that is

 

hks is a loud whip that has a bit of a flutter sound. personally think the hks is the best sounding besides the tial 50mm

 

re-circulated sounds best.

 

it the blitz is, sound like a big trucks air brakes, or have you ever blow a charge pipe at high boost? that what it sound like the higher the boost the louder it gets. its nasty. I hate it but I love it

i run turbo setup on 11 psi with orginal map sensor and 440 rc injectors ...when i run higher than 12 psi i need new map sensor and new aem ecu programming..my frend make my ecu setup with aem and pc leptop notbook..

11psi is enough for my for this time???on 4000 i have 11psi and psi begins 2500um fast.without vtec 5,500 um. my car is fast like m3 bmw ore audi tt ore alfa ore golf-5 gti ore s2000 ..

my big xs blow off is ok,but wen i turn spring low to make loader zisschhh like big trucks air brakes,than is the power hp not enough, wenn i made the spring hard turn,blow off is noiser (quietly) after than ,but hp power is all rigt ok.. bloff off loud making = no hp??? blow off noise quietly =hp strength achievement away..

eh maybe i'm crazy, but i think my ssqv is pretty loud. It's not overwhelming, but its deff noticable, and it sounds good.

the sucking noise is the turbo spool and the other is compressor surge, thats what hks sound like.

the turbo spool up sound is the whistling noise that the turbo makes while its building boost. sounds good not bad
compressor surge is the flutter noise. bad for turbo life , damage wheel etc.

 

Nothing beats a good 'ol 1g DSM. Best BOV for the money, and I still think it sounds better than all the rest.
