Default blockguard???

Blockguard any good for turbo set up??? Hear they overheat???

No they dont always overheat. I have read about ten times as many people saying that theirs never overheated for every one person who says that they did. If installed right, you most likely wont ever have any overheating problems.

I've had mine for over a year with no overheating problems and I live in Texas too.

Not trying to sound like a *****. But the search will yield tons of info on this. It's been beaten to death. Jury is out on it though, however consensus is that it won't save you from detonation (like anything will?).

it wont keep the motor from detonationg but it will help the sleeves not crack when it does detonate. Also good tuning will save you from detonating.
