Default Is this block sleeved?

Hey guys,
I figured id try to ask you guys and try to get your advice on this. Im about to go purchase this b16a block and he claims it is darton sleeved.
Look at these pictures, to me it doesn't look like stock sleeves and it does look like it is sleeved to me, but what do you guys think, leave your comments below please,

No other options, really. Unless you can get better light in between the cylinder sleeves, that's about as good as you're going to get.

The point is that it's actually sleeved and not a "block-guard"... I wish you GodSpeed.

Looks like my rs machine block. Also looks like it's already to at least 85 if not 86mm.

too many smart asses around here, gotta get used to it.

its definitely sleeved. Check for cracks, and pitting in the cylinder walls before purchasing.

In all seriousness... This isn't GDD. Many of us worked too hard to allow that nonsense to not get over here, and will continue to do our best to keep it that way.
