I run open PCV breather. I bought the two caps to fit a 5/8 hose on my block and i filled the original hole with a freeze plug. I have a little air filter on the valve cover. My problem is when i boost, the oil throughout the hose. Im wasting a lot of oil when i boost. I put a catch can on the two hose and after a couple of boost, it was full of oil:S

So let me make sure I understand.

You have the orignal black box removed and plug in the hole.
You have the two freeze plugs from the back of the block removed and now have fittings with hoses going to a catch can correct?

If your getting a lot of oil in your catch can you should do a compression test. Usually that means the rings are gone. Does the catch can have a breather on it or do you also have a breather filter on the valve cover?

i did a compression test when the engine was cold:
160 every cylinder
JE 9:1CR
.004 side wall clearance

my catch can has a breather(air filter)
the catch can is mouth as high as possible

i had kinda the same problem, except my can didnt fill all the way up. I installed and then drove for 15 minutes and came home and opened the drain and it filled up a spray can cap full of oil/unburt fuel. Im thinking the catch can may need to be mounted higher. The plugs look fine, no oil on them at all

maybe i should drill another hole in the valve cover?

If you are getting a lot of oil in your catch can it is caused by blow-bye. You can make another hole but the blow-bye is still going to be there. Have you done a leak down test? I would try that and see if your rings or valve seals leak.

i have been having the same problem as you. built gsr 84mm, 9.1:1 pistons, ect. my compression came out as follows:

1- 172
2- 180
3- 175
4- 182

was filling up a 1 qt catchan after 4 or 5 pulls. Last night i put on a new endyn catchcan setup with a drain back so im hoping that solves everything.

what fitting did you use on the back of your block? If u used honda prelude fittings, it seems like that aids in pushing out oil as opposed to endyns antisiphon fittings.
