Well i've been running off the wastegate spring only and was wondering what you guys have found in terms of better spool with a boost controller and what one would be the best? I'm going for an electronic one.

Depending upon the budget, I have really like the Greddy Profec Spec II, E-01, and the Blitz SBC-ID. These have the easiest use for gain and creating a little extra response for the turbo. No boost controller can do it all to increase spool but it is a definate help. Many people will list other EBCs for use based upon the number of bells, whistles, and features that are available with it, but functionality is the name of the game here, and I've used all 3. All are wonderful

 

i got innovative msbc-1 and it's pretty nice. (it will set u back a few paychecks though). it's a real simple ebc. Only 3 buttons. Up, down and mode. i have mine setup to reach full boost as fast a possible, and when i mean fast i mean once it starts making the transition into boost and u blink you got 20lbs.

 

i agree with shodan, blitz sbc-id gets my vote, works great

 

Is the greddy type s a good boost controller to get? I wanted the profec b II but i heard it very confusing to set
