Default which is better for boost 16a head or gsr head for b16a block

Like what I said up there I wanna know if I change my b16a head to gsr head would it make difference on performance (hp/tq) wise

Btw I have a b16a stock block w/b16a head right now

I say if your going stock for stock, keep the b16 head and atleast get some gsr cams in there. But if your going to be building it, I would say do either one...I'm pretty sure someone else will give you a response.

Yea right now I have an itr cams and supertech valtrain on the b16a head

And will the compression increase if a put a gsr head or will it lower thanks

a b16 head does flow better, theres been many threads on that. but a gsr head will give you higher cr which you don't really want for boost.

keep what you got...the gsr head would bump up your compression a tad bit
