Default Best oil supply options for LSVtec Turbo?

What is the best method to get both oil supply to the turbo and the head for this motor? Is the stock Type-r or GSR oil pump sufficient?Lastly does anyone see any daily drivability problems with this setup using:

GSR head
B18b block w/GSR crank girdle
Forged internals
81.5 mm /stock sleeves

I would recommend a sandwich adapter that goes between the block/oil filter, you can get 2 sources right their for your oil feed for turbo/head.

I personally cheaped out, and just did a double T on my original feed line, on my LS/Vtec turbo.. I've had no problems for over 5k miles, and plenty of abuse.

Also using a GSR oil pump..

you can also tap in the front of the head but i dont recommend it.. cuz it doesnt really make sense to loose the oil pressure for the vtec.. but alot of peopel is doing this just with an aftermarket oilpump

Sandwich adapter is good. I personally used the T method, it worked fine while I had the car. I used a GSR/B20 oil pump, of course.

I'd recommend you look into modifiying the oil pump to up the pressure slightly.

Take off your vtec solenoid assembly, discern how the oil flows, and you'll discover why this is a bad idea.

My suggestion is also to use an oil filter block. Golden Eagle's is nice and the AC Autotechnica will work as well.

3AN to the turbo
6AN to the cyl head (rear passengers side port)

I'll be running a type r pump (flows a little more) with the GE kit.

I don't think the ITR pump flows more than the GSR/B20, actually, I think it's the same pump. You can have a stock pump's pressure upped some by having the assembly on the spring modified.

I don't have the spec sheet anymore, but it does flow a little more.
