how much power are you looking to make? are you wanting low end, midrange or high end power? all of that is going to play a roll in deciding what is the "best"

I prefer the JG manifold

i want something streetable def. i don't want to be pushing more than 6-8 psi for sure since i want to keep stock internals. t would be good to get some low and mid power considerin the b16 is more than limited in those areas. does that help?

look into the AEBS intake manifold, I had a friend who had one on his all motor car and loved it, I have also heard that they do well with boosted motors also. They are more of a low/mid range power...... I am sure someone will chim in that has one

i know that the victor x is for turbo apps but do you think that it would hurt to install it while my motor is still N/A?

if you are going turbo it wont hurt anything till then

if you are asking if a turbo intake manifold will harm your power with a NA motor, then yes it will see some loss because turbo makes up for low to mid range power and the manifold will make more power from mid to top range.

however with a na motor and that manifold it will harm your motor becuase it will wanna make more power at top end while losing low to mid range

what bout the AEBS manifold, it is said to make power between 3-8k rpm and for use with n/a and boost apps, i'm thinkin that the aebs is a better manifold only because it would be pointless to slap the victor x on since it says it makes power up to 10k...i can't and don't plan on revvin to 10k.

aebs is a good manifold for low to mid range

with turbo you should see a little bit of gain all through the power range

Yep. The JG's make nice power though... for the price you can't really beat it.

What ever happened to the Revhard intake manifolds, they were reasonably priced and where the design that edelbrock copied to make the victor X? I was looking to buy one a couple of months ago and passed up the opporunity and now I can't find them. Are they still made?

So - stock internals, streetable... only 6psi...

Why exactly would you want to pay a few bills for an intake rather than use more boost? I tuned a friend's 100% stock SiR with a 60trim T3 with a 2.5" DP and SSAuto turbo mani, it had boost by 3k and still make 270whp at 9psi. Giant powerband, very safe, very powerful, very streetable. And this was on Uberdata too, CromePro would make it even more streetable.

I hate sounding like an ***, but low boost + boltons = for show.
