Re: FULL RACE... Full of BS (Fuuma0083)
Dude... stfu.
Anything like that may need some small modifications to fit. I wouldn't even consider trimming down a stud a modification unless you're handicapped, have no arms and thus had to Dremel the stud down using your feet.

and your point is?
this has nothing to do with a Honda and they did admitt that the runner has a tight clearance......
this thread is pointless

What a bitch.
Seriously. Full-Race was nothing but accommodating. He basically said, "since I had to spend 2 minutes trimming a stud, give me a discount on a turbo". Evidently that 2 minutes of his time is worth a lot of money. lol

OMG you have to do a little bit of fabrication. LOL I've never seen anything after martket that you didnt. I would've just trimmed it down. complaining I'm sure full-race would've trimmed it for him

Re: FULL RACE... Full of BS (BoostedEG6)
They didn't explain themselves about the issue with the stud before (if you read) and never admit to the problem. Full Race just decides to change the info on there web page to cover there ***. The only reason that i was asking about a disocount for a turbo because I didn't want Full Race to lose any money on building me a new one or refunding me and giving me a discount on a turbo would cost them a thing. I have heard good things about Full Race (build and customer service) and this is why i purchased a manifold from them. I posted this up here because they are known more for there Hondas than for anything.
It's just poor customer service.

Re: FULL RACE... Full of BS (Bailhatch)
waaaa damn near half the tubular kits ive ever installed you have to trim down atleast one stud, they shouldnt have to tell you if you can work on your own car you can figure out how to clearance and tap a stud

It doesn't matter what company you order an aftermarket turbo header from, ramhorn or top mount, you will always have a tight fit. No reason to wet your panies over, i had to shave 3 of the top nuts down on my set-up, but did'nt complain. You should look at it as learning experience and go on from there, and stop being a little bitch!
