I run a Zeitronix ZT1 to keep the interior uncluttered.

Idle should be around ~10s psi.
Cruise about ~40s-50s psi.
Full throttle should be approximately ~60-80s psi from what i have seen.
</TD></TR></TABLE>

Just for reference, oil pressure is RPM dependent, NOT throttle dependent.

My old GSR would idle at 25psi, and hit 75-80psi at 3500rpm and hold that to redline.

It is a pressure activated switch. Try the search once again:

its just a pressure switch, usually used to activate a secondary fuel injector for inferior FI setups.

hobbs switch is actually a great idea. didn't think about that, only deal with hobb switch when building cheap alchohol injection kits.

but for what i have on my vehicle is:

boost/vac, EGT, oil pressure, oil temp, and wideband.

i believe the oil temp is a better indication on how hot my engine is rather than just trusting the stock water temp.

Gauges can save motors, seen it first hand.

Yup, start to lose your fuel pump and that tune and solid built engine goes to ****, but, with a gauge, you can catch that.
