is it a bad idea to use the line coming off the cracnkcase ventillation thing for a vac line?

I will go take a picture so you know which one im talking about

 

honostly, i dont see how it could hurt.....but no one really does it....just pick a different one. if you want a big one, use teh one before the brake booster.

 

yeh, I used the brake booster line for the BOV, and I wanna use the line i just referred to for the wastegate, and boost gauge. I realize the vapors from the block, and maybe oil??? will go through that line...didnt know if it would mess antything up

 

if you have an FI setup, you shouldn't be pressurizing the head.

I wouldnt use it. Think about it.....crankcase ventilation contains oil vapors. Do you really want oil getting into your wastegate?
Use the brake booster line, that is the best one.

 

Is it bad to run the wastegate and bov off the brake booster?
