Default backfiring/sputtering

ok guys and girls see if ya can help me out with my problem...heres the setup...94 honda del sol b16 vtec...190k...heres the mod list...spoolin performance log manifold kit, garrett t3t4 57trim 63ar,tial 38mm wg,synapse engineering bov, precision 650s,aem uego wideband, walbro 255,stock motor, gsr cams, new head gasket, arp head studs, new timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, cap and rotor, hondata s300 with just a basemap from phearable till i get to the tuner..ok so on to the problem...it started with before the headgasket and gsr cams. my old cheap wg broke and the car started to sputter/backfire around 4psi, i did have a chipped ecu before the hondata too. so i replaced the wg with a tial 38mm along with hondata s300,and the car continues to fall on its face at 4psi..i ran a compression test and it read 185,190,190,185, the leakdown test was no more then 5% in each cylinder...so based on that the motor should be fine mechanically i think. my wideband at idle would read 13.4-14.0 then at 4 psi it would lean out bad...so i swapped out map sensors with a good stock one and the problem persists. there are no vacuum leaks, and cam timing is dead on. could it be possible that the dizzy might be going bad or what would cause this to happen. at first the car ran strong and no problems with the chipped ecu no out of nowhere it cant see no more then 4psi, also my plugs are junk with to street pulls so i know its ignition related....let me know what to check out..

There's more than likely an exhaust leak somewhere else on the system. Could be from the manifold, or coupler or something to that effect. exhaust and pressure leaks are terrible gremlins that an inhibit any turbo system. there is a pressure testing system that is available (trying to remember where, forgive me) that you can hook to a turbo compressor inlet, pressurize the system, and find out where your leak is. Either way, its definately not the tune, or mechanical. sounds like a leak.
