Default 6262 lsvtec idle and fuel issue after headgasket swap

I recently changed the headgasket on my 6262 Lsvtec, swapped out my b16 cams for gsr cams and did a hondata intake manifold gasket, those are the only things I changed. The car was tuned before on 19psi with hondata s300 and ID 1000cc injectors and idled solid at 1k rpms with no issues. After putting the car back together it idles at 200 rpm and runs extremely rich and fouled out the spark plugs after about 100miles of driving. I was planning on getting the car retuned after swapping the cams but didnt expect that much of a difference. Compression is 175 across the board and timing has been checked twice and is perfect. Any ideas? or does it just need to be retuned that bad? Anyone ever have any issues with the hondata intake manifold gasket?

im not a tuner and dont claim to be but you replaced the cams with a more agressive cam lobger lobes meaning your getting more air as well as fuel now so i can see it not wanting to idel to well I maybe wrong but donno

if your plugs are black than thats too much fuel. You did nothing to increase fuel right? just air as i understand. and yes go and retune.

not even going with type r cams should you feel a difference..honestly the difference from b16 to gsr is not wort the retune...put you b16s back on and check your timing belt...make sure its not off a tooth...thats the only reason anything should change...both b16 and gsr have the same primary lobes so idle shouldnt change..only after vtec should there be a difference...
