Default Hondata all motor GSR problems

ok, i'm tuning a guys car that has hondata. it is a GSR .5mm over 11.8:1 compression, comp stage 2 cams, mildly ported head, skunk2 intake manifold. it made 195whp 2 weeks or so ago when we did the tune, but now it is flipping out. power feels way down, it won't idle and you have to give it gas to start it. it will idle fine once you get it started, but the least little hint of getting on the throttle and it tries to die after it idles down. i datalog it, and the timing drops to around 3deg-0.0deg around 700rpm as i try to throttle it to keep it running. there aren't any timing numbers lower than 16deg in the entire timing map and the distributor is set to 16. idle in the hondata has to be set at 1000 or it won't idle at all. i have replaced the map sensor, tps, ect, intake temp sensor, and rebuilt the distributor none of this made any difference what so ever. it doesn't do this when you first start it up (open loop) but it gets really bad after it heats up. i tried running it in open loop through the hondata, but it still did it after it heated up. any ideas what so ever?!?!?!?!? this car is killing me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

btw: it is running rc 550cc injectors

sounds like to me you have to get the thing retuned. First of all you distributor timing should always match the timing shown while dataloging. The reason while it runs bad when it heats up because it might be running leaner than it should be. Everytime the motor is warming up it runs on a rich mode, than once the coolant temp reach normal operating temp it runs off the map you tuned it to.
