Default B20B4 turbo

So i got an 1994 civic hatch with a B20B4 turbo in it and i was wondering what the estimate hp on it when its running 10 psi and tuned at 15 psi ( he turn the boost down for normal driving) and this is my first turbo civic so i would like to know so maintenance things i should do to keep it running good and how long would it last running 15 psi for some normal driving and some racing?

And why is it when i shift then push the gas pedal all the way it will feel like it died or something for like a second then it takes off, why does it do that?

not sure if the motor is stock, i will ask tomorrow. And I have an wideband o2 sensor and it stays in the rich until i let off the gas then it goes lean.

Is the motor stock or built for turbo? Do you know any of what's in it?

15psi on a b20 is pushing the limit of the cylinder walls but if you have a good tuner you may be able to get away with it as for how long it will last i dont know. This is assuming that you have a stock block. If your car came tuned you may want to get a wideband o2 sensor just to make sure that it is a good tune plus over time your car will come out of tune so its always nice to have.
