Default Which Turbo is Right for me?!?!?

I have a B20 and I want to tear the motor apart as little as possible. When I told my brother I wanted to boost it he laughed because he doesn't think it will hold up. I have seen on here that people are running mad pounds with as little as just a block guard. This car is going to be my daily driver but I don't want to be the one getting shut down at the stoplight. I have a b16 tranny in there with an ls final so I definatly already got the pull. I plan to only run like 8-10lbs? So what do you guys suggest on turbo, and injectors. I got like 1300.

^^^ C'mon.. you know better than to do that. The OP needs to have a power goal first, and how he wants the turbo to respond. Pump gas, race gas, etc. Please PM me.
