Default b20 vtec turbo build

I want to be over 400 horse. With a mild build. going to be a street car. but not driven everyday. and will see the track occasionally.
Will i need to sleeve or will a block guard, pistons and rods suffice?
I am thinking of being safe and just sleeving it. Also where is a good place to find out what comp ratio i will be at with certain piston rod combos.
thanks in advance. If this is a dumb question then flame away.

just do some cp pistons compression in the low 9's and eagle rods, give the block a good hone job, polish the crank, vtec oil pump, no need for block guard.
Sleeves would be nice but there a ton of cars dynoing over 400whp without sleeves.

And your set to go.

dosnt the b20 already have a vtec oil pump? I could have sworn i remember part numbers being the same?
But what about the old, "b20 sleeves are weak!"
i need reliable and long lasting. I mean i know its not going to last 100,000

I would say screw the B20 and get a B18B. I would NOT trust B20 sleeves at over 400 WHP, block guard or not.

Thats easy to say but i have two b20's and i would rather sleeve one of them then go out and buy a b18.
