thats a wierd combo, i woulda stayed with the b16 bottom or ls bottom , but whatever floats your boat.
i have a type R and in the process of boosting so i think its safe to a level .
there are a few guys in heer with the type R;s pushing nice power on stock and modded bottoms. i say got for it , but be wise unless you build it

ur downpipe will not fit. U need a 1.8 or integra downpipe so that it clears the oil pan. The 1.8 is like an inch taller.
