Which turbo should I choose if I want the boost to happen from 4000 to 8200 revolutions per minute on a B18C1 ? Thanks.

The power goal would be between 300 to 400 at the front wheels. About 5000 dollars for my budget and it would be my daily driver.

What is budget for turbocharger? Use of the car? Journal or ball-bearing cartridge? C'mon man.. no one here is clarivoyant. Give as much information as you can. Any particular favorites you're looking at? Did you want the 400whp on 93 octane, E85, Meth/water, race gas?

The budget for the turbo would be 1500 to 2000 dollars. Ball-bearing. The only turbo that comes to my mind is the GT3076R. Where I live it is either 91 octane or 94 octane but I would like it to run on 91 octane if possible.
