I have a b18c darton SLEEVED (type r block) 85mm with 9:7:1 CP pistons, Eagle rods(ls), stock ls crank ...B16 head ( steet port), crower springs and retainers, skunk 2 valves, gsr cams bronze guides...arp headstuds and cosmetic head gausket.... list if questions

? what size injector (have 550s now know i need bigger 1000cc???)
? what size fuel pump (i have 255 walbro now)
? how many pounds boost for about 500 hp ??? i figure 20 to 25
? Will having it tuned on E85 help it run cooler and tune better??
? anything that one mite see to be a issue

What turbo are you trying to use here? PSI is rather irrelevant.

i was making 550 using 1000's on a precision pt67@19psi man
this was also on e85/gsr/84.5

-on e85 you will need atleast 1000's. e85 requires about 30% more fuel than gas.
-the walbro 255 will not cut according to t1's chart. Look into the areomotive 340lph intank
