you should beable to do 10psi with 93 octane, tuned well without any problems. I wouldn't do it tooo much you never know when your ring-lands will go out.
I personally like lower boost 7-8psi with higher compression 10.1 to 11.1 rather than 9.1 boosting at 12-13psi to make the same power on the same motor. Just me though.

Re: (gsrguy)
Depends on the fuel setup. Look at it this way. If your trying to decide which motor to get for boost and you had unlimited fundage, the choice is obvious, GSR. If you don't want to shell out the extra money for a GSR swap, go with an LS swap. I have a stock LS motor in my hatch right now. Why an LS motor? Because my broke *** cound not afford a GSR at the time. It's that simple, to me at least. I'm hoping to make around 300 whp on my LS tuned on a high boost setting. Sure I could make more power with a GSR. Does buying one to make more power justify the cost to me? No. I find that enough for me personally on the street in a 2300lb fwd car, Vtec or non vtec, 8 grand or no 8 grand.

HEY, try this book out...
You seem to keep asking this question about fuel settings and stock internals of a GSR Turbo and LS Combo. I would recommend a book that may help out:
Honda/Acura Performance:Tuning the Honda/Acura Engine
Author: Mike Kojima
You should be able to find this at a local bookstore like Barnes and Nobles or on Amazon.com.
From what I read in this book, the DOHC motors from Honda in the B series can take up to 10psi with little concern about overall tuning.
