so you want to run 20 psi on the dyno when you tune the hondata, and then turn the boost down to 12-15 psi without tuning it?

riiiiiiiiiiiiight.....

i would recommend tuning it at your daily driven boost level AND the higher track level as that would constitute common sense. as for what other parts you need, are you asking about just block parts? or for the whole build? huge difference. hp levels will vary with a lot of factors--exhaust size, intake manifold (stock flows a lot less efficiently than a Victor X for example), cams, headwork, etc. etc.

more specifics are necessary bud.

First of all, you need to use the search engine and do some research before asking such a vague question. Sorry if I sound like a dick, but I am getting sick of people just coming in here and expecting us to share years and years of our research and hands-on knowlege when all you care about is reaching 'X psi/X whp.' 9 times out of 10, these individuals fail becuase they order the parts and never fully understand how they function and what you need to do to have them function correctly. You need to understand HOW these parts work and how they are better then others instead of asking which parts you need. Different turbo's produce different amounts of power at X amount of boost- Boost pressure is not a measure of power. If your head doesn't flow, then you won't see any type of power even pushing 25psi. There are about 50 other factors that will come into play with your motor.

To answer your other question, hondata has successfully put out 650+ whp.
