How much boost can the sleeves take?
How much psi or hp can the stock B or D series cylinder sleeves take? I tried to find out through searching, but you know how it is...the search suck here.

Is there any real benefit of getting a b18b resleeved if I'm only planning to run 12psi? If so, how much would this cost? Do they insteall pistons and rods for you?

For the first question, it's really all about tuning. Some people here are running near 20psi on stock sleeves, while some are running 15 or less psi on a sleeved block.
Personally, I think if the tuning is down pat, you might be able to run near 15-18psi on stock sleeves with forged other parts.
I'm running 15psi with forged pistons/rods and a blockguard. A/F voltage is butter throughout the rpm range. EGT's are perfect.
As for this.....like I said in the upper post, you really don't need to with just 12psi. You can for added security, but it's damn expensive. At least for me.
Just throw in a nice block guard, and you'll be good to go.
Sleeving generally costs $700+ not including shipping to and from the machine shop. I'm sure some shops will install the pistons/rods and balance them for you.
