You have run it back to back on the dyno with a a/f? Tell me it doesn't run lean after the second pull. Unless your running 4psi it's lean.

How long do those clutchs last for?? My buddy has a clutchmasters stage 5 4puck unsprung and was told it will only last 10-15k miles.

I have a stage 3 ACT in mine. Will this be ok for the torque i will be making at upper 300whp to lower 400whp. If not what should i switch to.

My XTR6 went for a year on my daily driver making over 400 WHP with lots of drag racing, and I slip it a lot when I launch. I replaced the disk because I had the tranny out anyway, but it was still working fine.

How does the pedal feel? I like stock feel better. My friends is retarded and shakes the **** out of his dashboard when he downshifts without rev matching.

The pedal feels fine, it's a bit stiffer than stock, but not bad. I'm 39 with bad knees and it doesn't bother me. The 6-puck doesn't chatter anywhere near as bad as a 4-puck or 3-puck, it took me a day or two until I could drive it without any shaking. My wife takes the car to work on the weekends, it only took her a couple of days to get used to it, and she normally drives a Ford Taurus with an automatic. The great thing about it is that you can slip the hell out of it without burning it up. I slip it like crazy on drag launches to spare my axles.

* USDM b16a2, stock
* Rev Hard Iron/Tubular Manifold
* Precision SC34 .60/.63 a/r
* Rev Hard 2.5" downpipe
* Tial 35mm ( 7lb spring )
* Spearco 30x8x3.5 intercooler
* 2.0" intercooler piping
* HKS SSQ Bov
* Hondata S200 Engine Management ( Base Map, no tuning, ever. )
* Walbro 255lph in-tank pump
* RC 440cc Injectors
* GReddy 2.5" Cat-back
* ACT 6-puck Clutch w/Heavy Duty PP

Dyno @ 9psi 240whp / 167wtq

I put ~35,000 miles on this motor with no hints of problems.

With 220whp/150wtq I ran 13.4@104 w/2.2 on DR's

20+whp & 20+wtq more? Who knows?

That setup is very efficient compared to the Greddy 18G setup.

Your torque is much lower than mine which could mean that it breathes easier than my setup. I am getting 189.8 wtq @ 11 psi hitting 232whp. This is with greddy DP, stock exhasut size pipes and magnaflow Cat.

I will as well try and keep this bumped...

Heres my setup in the making:

Completly stock B16 bottom end.
GSR head with .5mm over supertech valves, PNP, RM dual springs.
(10.8 compression).
GSR cams
Blox turbo manifold
BB .63ar T3/T4 60 trim
2.5" DP with wastegate actuated cutout.
3" custom exhaust
Neptune
550cc RCs
Walbro 255HP
JG intake mani
Newer street imports IC (same core as spearco).
B16 cable tranny with a Quaife.
Full-Race traction bars
D2 coilovers

The goal for this motor is for 300 uncorrected WHP. Because I'm at 5600ft, it is going to be making close to 400 corrected...

I am looking for a high to mid 11, on 24.5" slicks.
