There are plenty of stock D's in the 13's and several in the 12's and NSXMatt ran in the 11's with a stock B16 and around 250 whp...

. Let the budget build begin!
So far, I have managed to scrounge the following.
XSPower Manifold (Braced)
XSPower WG
XSPower Downpipe
T3 .60/.63 Turbo with no shaftplay
Blitz DTT with boost display
All this cost me about 150$ so I won't be that upset when the manifold busts off, destroying the turbo and WG, as well as scraping the hell out of the DP
.

Question,I have a EM1(B16a2) and have about 7,000 saved up,I'd like to know if
I'd be able to "Really" build up the motor and Turbo it,Im looking to start off with 280-320HP
and eventually move on up,I know that Full-Race is Really Good,specially the Exhaust manifolds they make,but is it really worth the 4,000 for there kits,if so that would leave me with about 3,000 to build up the engine,or what would you recommend!

do you all think I can make 400 whp on my b16 with an ITS 50 trim turbo with a .63 ar exhaust wheel on pump gas 93 octane??

blox IM with GSR tb
880cc injectors
Gsr cams with UGR cam gears
some type of springs and retainers (reving to probably 9k) (NO porting done)
3" dp and full exhaust with no cat
