thats why they make drag radials and gear/speed depedant boost controls (and then you always have your foot)!

I am not saying its a bad transmission. I used for about a year. But when I switched to a GSR it was night and day. No doubt if you are trying to go faster GSR is better and if you can control it a B16. b16/gsr is more so dependant up your setup, but I cannot think of one instance where an ls should or woudl be picked over a gsr or b16.

im just about to get my kit installed. My main question on a bonestock b16a2 will a garret super 60 with a .42ar be too small.

This is completely daily driven car. My setup is: blox mani, 2.5in. downpipe, 3in. exhaust, crome, etc. Im hoping to get 250-275 with this setup. Is this a lost cause with some good tuning.

Both of those setups look really nice as well as all the others in this thread. I was just wondering how many of us are using stock or sk2 intake manifolds insted of lets say the jg edelbrock?I also was wondering who is using stock mounts? Thanks

with:
gsr cams
gsr tb
lighten flywheel
drag gen 3 turbo kit
10psi
450cc injectors
tuned with crome

not sure yet. can't decide what longblock to get yet. you think that set up will get me mid to low 13's on drag radial

If people are hitting low 11's with 300ish whp 92-95 Civics with full interiors on BFG's... I don't see low 13's as being very hard at all.

I say you get a GSR block instead though, they are pretty cheap now in the classifieds. Most of the GSR changeovers I see are around $1500 (without tranny) to the $2.5k range.

But then again, a B16-T will get you to 13's on drag radials with ease. It is really up to you and how good or badly you launch/drive.
