well, the turbo's boost pressure isn't the number you are looking for. Turbos flow different volumes of air at the same boost pressure, yielding different amounts of power. Internal pressures and temperatures are more what you are concerned about, which is relative more to horsepower, not boost pressure.
then a concrete number cannot be established because a lot matters in the tune/fuel management. I plenty of people have made 250-270 hp on stock b16s and they hold up just fine. Others have made even more with forged pistons and rods while maintaining stock sleeves.
