b16 turbo ?

Default b16 turbo ?

have a b16a and choosing a turbo to go with...my last setup was b16a with AR .63 – 60 Trim on 10 psi and seem to be lag until vtec poped then moved...and was wonder if i get a AR .48 – 60 Trim will i still be able to pull at top rpm and not lose any power

The turbine housing is not going to help that much considering it is still using the same turbine wheel. Your compressor wheel/turbine wheel matched with that displacement is what's hurting your response a bit. To help with that, it may be time to downgrade entirely. A 50 trim w/ the same turbine wheel is in order.

ya but would it be cuttin off power at top if i say so doing a highway pull

Again, no, not with that compressor wheel. the turbine housing is 1/4 of the story in getting the right turbocharger.
