Before anyone is going to help you, you need to learn to type in an understandable manner. Secondly, there is an FAQ at the top of the FI Forum which is full of good information that will answer most of the "questions" you had. Check that and come back with more in-depth questions or concerns.

1. completely rebuilt now has 3500 miles on it
2. arp head studs
3. type r style pistons (hastenings)
4. port job
5. valve job
6. mild cams
7. bored .20 over
8. reconditioned rods
9. intake, header back exhaust and street tune
10. 10.5.1 compression

thats all i can think of right off the top of my head right now. o and no block guard
