Default poor Man type R Turbo??

Wondering if anyone has ever done poor mans type r turbo .. i have a b18c1 right now with type r cams. I am thinking about buying a b16 head from a friend. I have stock pistons in the block. i would probably put the cams in the b16 head and get dual valve springs. I am planning to save for a turbo kit. Has anyone ever done this?? Do you think it would be safe and any idea on the compression?? thanks

ok, let me rephrase then...

it's ALWAYS a waste of money, put that money towards a nicer setup, or forged internals, or tuning, or anything.

because the stock GSR motor will do just fine w/ boost...if you're going to do anything, just use ITR cams in your GSR head...screw the B16 head
