I'm about to take off the ls/vtec and go straight ls turbo, and was wondering if i sould keep my 99b16 tranny or use an ls while turbo? which would be better for turbo?

 

There was a big argument about whats better for turbo application cars- long or short gear ratios. Never found out which was better. But u can search for it. But me, i like the short gearing of the b16 tranny, if it where me i'd stay b16 and get a lsd.

depends on how much top end speed you want? cause you can't really cruise at 85 with the si trany it tachs too high.
