I am planning on buying a civic with a turo'd b18 and was wondering in AZ is that legal? Will i have to remove the turbo to go through emissions? And when you buy a new (used) car do you have to go to emissions?

 

It should be fine as long as it has a cat and yes you have to go through emissions when u buy a new car from a private party. when i bought my car the dealer did emissions for me. but I'm almost positive that it will be fine. peace

 

Yup, as long as you have all the emissions equipment hooked up and you pass the sniffer you're good to go...
