Does anyone want to share what their settings are?

Boost/Duty
Gear Dependant boost
RPM dependant boost

 

I have the AVCR and I think everyone's settings will be different. Depends on the wastegate, turbo, etc. Play around with it yourself. There is also a learn mode. Use it. Hope this helps.

 

i guess you are right i'm just curious to hear some opinions on what people thought of their avcr and their settings. I'm running a Greddy Turbo Kit w/ Type 24 on a B16 at 5psi. Planning on upping to 8psi w/ AVCR.

 

Don't quote me on this, but i think my duty cycle for 10psi was 55%. I found the best way to get the avcr to hold the boost you want, is to just experiment and find which duty cycle works best. I just took it out all night and went in increments of 5% until it was right.

 

this needs to be done at WOT, and at least in 3rd gear...you have to get it to hit your projected seeing to make it go into "self-learning mode". just set it for a certain boost...keep experiementing w/ the duty cycle until you hit the projected boosted at WOT in 3rd gear...Wala! sel-learning mode.

 

Kinda OT, but I'm installin' an AVCR in my sis's LS w/ a Rev Hard kit and I'm not real sure on vacuum routing for the solenoid. Could one of ya guys help me out real quick.
