depends which size rod bolts you have the torque specs will be diffrent.

3/8" rod bolts are about 45ft/lbs (or was it 43ft/lbs???)
5/16" rod bolts are 28ft/lbs

both those specs are used with arp moly assembly lube. if you only have engine oil the specs will be diffrent and no one will be able to give you an acurate spec.

they all have those numbers on them.

the only other way to tell the two sizes apart is by the size socket you are using.

if you are using a 3/8" socket you have a 5/16" rod bolt. 28/ftlbs
if you are using a 7/16" socket you have a 3/8" rod bolt. 43-45ft/lbs

A 7/16" 12 point bolt will accept an 11mm 12 point socket quite nicely. I thought mine were 11mm until the guy from Eagle corrected me. . .
