My setup:
JG 10.5:1 compression block
stock LS head(hell ya!)
AiResearch T04(1.15 exhaust, .60 compressor, 4-an feed line, 10an return)
custom tubular manifold
TiAl 35mm wastegate
custom water to air IC with Jabsco 20gpm pump, and in-cabin resevior(2nd civic radiator for street-cooling)
AEM EMS
Eight 450cc DSM injectors w/resistors
255lph hp fuel pump
3/8 fuel hard line to 8-an feed, and 6-an return.
paxton fuel pressure regulator.
things I still need:
Clutch
WB02, and????
I want to hit 400whp with the above setup on 93 Octane...think it can be done? If not, what else is needed?

It pretty much comes down to how aggresive you want to get with the tune on a 1.8L. Import builders was making around 450whp on their 2.0L turbo blocks. I am pretty sure that a 1.8L can hit 400whp on pump, but its going to need the extensive headwork that they do to their engines. I am anticipating around 400whp (realistic) on my 2.0L gsr, it has a portflow head, custom turbo cams, skunk2 intake manifold, etc. I think that your compression will help a bit, but that added compression means running less boost. When i ran 11:1 compression I ran 8lbs daily, 14lbs race gas. I dont think i would push 10.5:1 more than 12lbs on pump gas.

ok...what Im hearing is good...what i REALLY wanted was over 300hp
and yes...the .8 bar spring is what came with the tial, so that will be my minimum(no WOT until I tune )
I plan on slapping a stock VTEC head with GSR cams on there later, but Im waiting until I find one for super cheap(bent valve or something ghey)....
anybody else want to gander?
