I talked to this member, and that's what made me go with the nippons. 500+ on $150 pistons i'll take my chances.

century old bump on this thread. anyone else have any new opinions/knowledge on NPR pistons? im looking at a set of type S replicas for my h22a1 FRM wall Prelude. i replaced valve seals and its still burning oil, so im going to replace the pistons/rings fairly soon.

They are running fine for me. Still not tuned yet, but i have faith in these pistons to make me at least 350whp. I hope so. LOL
