I've been around the honda scene for a while now, although not frequenting this board. Although I've noticed nitrous becoming more and more popular recently, I've still yet to come across anybody that is runing big nitrous or actually going very fast with it. Am I just missing something or is anybody spraying 200+ shots on these things. Does a 10second nitroused honda exist? I come from a domestic background where nitrous is king of the power adders. So I'm a little curious to see whos using it for much more that a 50shot.

Well from what I see, most people in the des moines, iowa area use them for cheap hp gains. Basicly i/h/e then 50 shot. I guess it makes the car faster but they never go higher, some do and blow up the motor From my sitings, which isnt a whole lot, most import people use low amounts of it. just my .02.

A long time ago a guy that went by the name sdstreetracer use to run a 125 shot with the Holley plate kit...that's the largest I've seen on a stock block.

I think maybe Pete (itr206) ran a fairly large shot at one time too...but he went turbo in the end

 

I've heard of the 125shot on a stock block before but I've been a little apprehensive about trying it.I've been plannig to build a motor for a healthy dose of juice, 200shot or better, simply because I havent seen it done before. That and I'm poor and nitrous is cheap .

How long did you run the 125 shot, what other mods did you have, and do you have any idea what kind of time you where running?
