Default Type-R cams worth it with FI?

I have the opportunit to trade my Si cams for a set of Integra Type- R ones....no charge.....is it worth doing...or is it best to stick to stock?

I have a turbo B16 btw

I hear ppl say that w/overlap dialed out GSR cams are good for boost, but type R cams are high lift compared to GSR. Atleast get good cam gears and dial the overlap out.

I would say try it. If the outcome isn't good I have a set of B16A cams that you can have for dirt cheap. I will give you such a good deal just for trying.
